TaxLien.io is an early-stage, informational site. This policy describes what actually happens today — not a generic template — and we'll update it as the product changes.

Forms on this site

The daily digest signup, deal alerts signup, and contact form are real and connected to a live backend — none of them are placeholders. Specifically:

• Daily digest: your email is sent to our email provider, Resend, which delivers a confirmation email and — if you're added to our subscriber list — the occasional real update (new states, new features, closing deadlines). We only send a digest when there's genuinely something new to report.
• Deal alerts: your email and the states you choose to follow are stored in our own database (a Cloudflare KV store) so we can email you when we add a newly scheduled sale for one of them. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes your record.
• Contact form: your name, email, and message are sent to us via Resend as an email — they are not stored in a separate database, just delivered to our inbox so we can reply.

In every case, your information is used only for the purpose you submitted it for — never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing.

Third parties that process your data

Resend handles outbound email delivery for the digest, deal alerts, and contact form. Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the serverless functions behind these forms, and stores deal alert subscriptions in its KV storage. Neither company is authorized to use your data for their own marketing.

What our hosting provider sees

Like effectively every website, TaxLien.io runs behind a content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard web server logs as part of normal hosting and security — things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is infrastructure-level logging used for performance and abuse prevention, not something we personally review or use for marketing.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not currently run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts (no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers). If that changes — for example, when we add real advertising or analytics — we'll update this page before it happens, not after.

Cookies

TaxLien.io does not set any cookies of its own. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may use minimal cookies required for security and performance, independent of anything we control directly. Because this site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, no cookie-consent banner is currently required under GDPR/ePrivacy rules — we'll add one if that changes.

Deleting your data

To stop receiving deal alerts, use the unsubscribe link in any alert email — it removes your record immediately. For the daily digest or any other request (including full deletion of your contact-form message from our inbox), reach us through the contact form and we'll handle it directly.
